Through the Site, including without limitation the corporate-branded area and the area of the Site made available to registered users of the DSC website, you will have access to information and products to enhance your experience and lifestyle (collectively, the “DSC Products and Services”). Your privacy is very important to us at DSC. Accordingly, we have developed this Privacy Policy to explain our policy with respect to personally identifiable data (“Personal Data”) and other information that is collected from those who use our Site.

Personal Data That You Provide

We collect Personal Data from you when you leave a contact at this website. This information includes your name, email address, phone number, company information, and contact preferences. By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data to this Site, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of DSC and the authorized third parties referred to herein located in Taiwan. If you are located outside of Taiwan and choose to visit our Website or other DSC websites and platforms, or purchase our products or services, or otherwise communicate or interact with DSC in person or electronically, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, processed, maintained, and used on computers, servers, and systems located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your country of origin, and you do so at your own risk.

It is important to note that no Personal Data is available or used in this process.

  • to carry out other purposes which are identified to you; for example, in any terms of use or agreements related to a specific product or service of DSC; and

DSC takes the security and privacy of your personal information very seriously. Accordingly, we implement reasonable security measures designed to protect your personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in processing and the nature of such data, and comply with applicable laws and regulations. Please understand, however, that no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases or the databases of the third parties with whom we may share your information (as permitted herein), nor can we guarantee that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet. DSC does not respond to “Do Not Track” settings or other related mechanisms at this time.

We have no control over the privacy practices or the content of these websites. As such, we are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of those third-party websites.
